Responsible for regulatory analysis and issues monitoring, evaluation of regulatory and political risks and participation in coordinating projects in Central Asia.


Professional Experience
Aizat has held various positions at Intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations such as UNHCR, UNDP, Open Society Foundation, American Councils, USAID. She has extensive experience in program coordination with a successful track of record overseeing, administering and monitoring projects of partner organizations, which include civil society organizations and governmental institutions in Kyrgyzstan.

Her responsibilities included: auditing project deliverables, reports and other documents, verifying financial and creative reports of grantees, as well as development of the concept and strategy of the program, preparation and carrying out program actions.

Background
Aizat holds a Masters in Peace and Conflict studies from University of St. Andrews (Scotland, UK), an International Executive MBA from University of International Business and Economics (Beijing, China) and a bachelor's degree in International and Comparative Politics from American University of Central Asia (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan).

Aizat has participated in several study programs, including: Iacocca Institute's Global Village for Future Leaders in Business and Industry program (Pennsylvania, US), US State Department Programs and Open Society Foundation scholarship program.

Languages
Aizat is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian and English, with a basic knowledge of Mandarin and Spanish.
